Each Capsule Contains:
Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 250 mg
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 100 IU) 2.5 mcg
Heavy Magnesium Oxide 440 mg (equiv. to Magnesium 265 mg)
Magnesium Phosphate Pentahydrate 175mg (equiv. to Magnesium 35 mg)
Manganese Amino Acid Chelate 40 mg (equiv. to Manganese 4 mg)
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 50 mg (equiv. to Pyridoxine 41 mg)
Directions
Adults: 19 years and older: Take 1 to 2 capsules a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
Warnings
This product is not suitable for individual below 19 years of age. If symptoms persist, seek the advice of a healthcare professional. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. Contains magnesium, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
